At Mother Lode we pride ourselves on being an ethical business. When you trade gold with us, we enter into a legal contract with you to which the following terms apply. Gold trading terms

We want you to know exactly where you stand when you trade gold on the Mother Lode gold exchange. These terms and conditions govern our transactions with you. Read them carefully and sell your gold with confidence.

Insert Ts and Cs from Bowie’s legal: Maybe he can get his legal to draft something basic and we can simplify further? I do feel it should have some legal oversight. A lot of the logistics/mechanics are covered in the FAQ so it’s more the legal framework here – even if very simply expressed.
